About the Journal

​​Care Pathway: Hospital to Home is a newly established international open access peer-reviewed online quarterly journal affiliated to Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. Care Pathway: Hospital to Home journal has been established in 2025. The journal is aimed to provide accurate, current, and relevant information for clinical nurses and other healthcare professionals to care patients in hospital and home.

Aims and Scope

The Care Pathway: Hospital to Home invites manuscripts on current research, practices and care as they relate to the field of nursing and other healthcare professionals. The journal will cover studies related to chronic and acute diseases care, mental health nursing, children health care, neonatal care, women health and pregnancy, geriatric nursing, home health care, patients and family education, community health nursing, rehabilitation nursing, health economics, health services management and health policy.
